Dametreyus Fuqueiawytas
Career Highlights

Dametreyus has always been an entertainer and an athlete...as well as a scholar, a humanitarian, a philosopher and an artist.

After a standout football career at Fresno State, Dametreyus' NFL draft stock tumbled when he skipped the combine due to a prior obligation - starring as the title character in the university's prodution of "Othello." He still caught on as an undrafted free agent with the Oakland Raiders, but was cut following training camp. Though he and the team never addressed terms of the release, it's long been speculated that the Raiders were put off by Dam's multi-faceted personal hobbies and interests, having expected him to "eat, breathe and sleep football." Close personal friends of Dam - of which there are precious few - have suggested his unwillingness to take performance-enhancing drugs as a reason for the departure.

After a short and uneventful stint in Arena Football, his athletic career was over, but he found a new calling in the entertainment industry, as he was signed as a performer on Coliseum 2000, an American Gladiators knockoff on syndicated television. While C2K was slow to take off, Dam's character - Obsidian - was one of the cult favorites for his intimidating frame and dominant performances. To this day, he still gets recognized on the street, especially overseas, as C2K had a tremendous international following.

After 'accidentally' mortally injuring a contestant during the show's final season, he was essentially blackballed as an entertainer, and turned to bodyguard work to make ends meet. His most high-profile client was former child star and former PRIME superstar Danny Ferguson, who kept Dam at his side for nearly every PRIME appearance.
