The diminutive older brother of Robert Falk.

Scott and his brother came under the direction of a man named Daniel Phillips a few years ago, who trained them to become wrestlers. The goal of Daniel was to use them as a way of further destroying Joey Malone's legacy by having the two brothers destroy the two students that Joey Malone personally trained: the Codemaster and Coral Avalon.

Daniel's plans went awry, however, when both Falk brothers not only failed to destroy the two Malone trainees, but even befriended one of them (Codemaster). Eventually, when the Codemaster decided he needed help in the fWo, he called in both Falk Brothers to serve in his new faction, the Blue Rogues.

The Falks have remained by the Codemaster's side ever since.
