Horace Tully is the right-hand man of the infamous Bruce 'Violence Jack' Shanahan, diabolical mastermind of the Sect of Black Wisdom. Many believe he is currently being groomed by VJ as his successor in the wrestling world come the day of his inevitable retirement, and if Tully's in-ring skill is any indication, Violence Jack has chosen his man wisely.

Whereas VJ dominates all around him with his dark persona and stamina and Ethan Knight with the flashy, brash attitude of an outspoken upstart, Tully is the consummate wrestler. He's been praised as one of the most overlooked up-and-comers by many of the most trusted judges of talent in the business and this acclaim hasn't gone unnoticed by Tully himself. He was the one to dub himself 'Mr Wrestling' and intends on using PRIME as a platform to prove he's not full of hot air.
